The Senior Center of Walker County functions to serve senior adults, 60 years and older. The Senior Center provides programs and services that will enable the individuals to be an integral part of the community and allow them to retain independence, dignity, and a sense of well being. One of the Senior Centers main purpose is, as long as we have budget funds, to make sure that senior adults in need do not go hungry in Walker County.
